Tim Xenos is an entrepreneur located in Sydney, Australia. He is the founder of Bevpax, a company conceived to unite the earning potentials of several smaller manufacturers. Tim Xenos: I am focussed and have continued to think of new ideas and ways to expand my knowledge and business.

Tim Xenos: The ability to continue and try again. Not letting failure overcome you or deter me from trying again. Learn lessons and adapt them to new forums.

Tim Xenos: Any high-intensity exercise, because it challenges me and helps me focus.

Question: What excited you the most about your industry right now?

Tim Xenos: The changing environment and opportunities ahead. Consumer trends are changing and the industry is finding ways to bring new products to market.

Question: What concerns you most about your industry right now?

Tim Xenos: Transport and supply chain delays internationally and the lack of governance on transport and shipping companies are creating havoc for all industry players.

Tim Xenos: Investing everything in a start-up business with no support from others.

Tim Xenos: Common sense, because intelligent people do not look for solutions. Common sense builds character.
