Question: What’s the most important thing we should know about you?
Nick Roshdieh: I am a student of life and enjoy reading & listening to spiritual audiobooks daily.

Question: Name the most impactful lesson you learned from failure.

Nick Roshdieh: I’ve learned that there is no such thing as failure. We learn from everything we do. Failure is a word that should be replaced by keep going in the dictionary, in my opinion.

Question:  What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Nick Roshdieh: Being a family man and father to two wonderful daughters.

Question:  What did you waste the most time on when you were first starting your career?

Nick Roshdieh: I did not see anything as a waste of time. It was all a learning lesson.

Question: Name a tool you use for work that you can’t live without.
Nick Roshdieh: Phone LOL

Question: What is your favorite hobby and why?
Nick Roshdieh: Practicing soccer with my smaller daughter and working out with my older daughter. Because it’s good bonding time.

Question: What excited you the most about your industry right now?
Nick Roshdieh: The fact that I can help people accomplish a goal they set forth to do. It’s been this way the entire time in my career.

Question: What concerns you most about your industry right now?
Nick Roshdieh: A little too much relying on tech rather than human personal service.

Question: What’s the greatest risk you’ve ever taken?
Nick Roshdieh: Risk is just a word that means you are getting out of your comfort zone. We can’t grow if we don’t get out of our comfort zone.

Question: Name one small habit that positively impacts your productivity
Nick Roshdieh:  Meditation in the morning.

Question: What tips do you have for getting a seat at the table?
Nick Roshdieh: Learn one new thing a day.

Question: What book has made the biggest impact on your life?
Nick Roshdieh: There are many, but here is one “Power of Now.”

Question: Do you value intelligence or common sense more? Why?
Nick Roshdieh: They are both connected. So both are the same.

Nick Roshdieh: Every day, I am on the top side of the grass with my health and family.
