These included the role of supply management specialist and the marketing product specialist. Although her time with the company was enjoyable, Carolyn decided to focus on her farm with her husband.

This business venture continued to grow, and after Steve passed away, Carolyn took on the role of Land Manager and Owner/Operator. Although it was initially a challenging role, she was able to honor her husband’s legacy by focusing on this business. Carolyn McBeth has been able to improve the day-to-day operations of her farm by taking on various tasks, such as buying inputs and managing the land acquisition process.
As she continues to grow the farm operations, Carolyn’s professional goal is to eventually hand the reins over to her children.
